Kaeya’s weight has been going down due to disordered eating. Diluc has been noticing and is aware of Kaeya’s ED from their childhood together and worries that it’s back. Even though they’re on bad terms he invites Kaeya to eat with him, knowing that Kaeya finds it easier if he’s not eating alone. Since Kaeya is such a slow eater, it means that in the meanwhile Diluc consumes a lot more food so that Kaeya isn’t left eating alone. Diluc really wants to see Kaeya finish his food, so Diluc accidentally ends up overeating and really pushing it to give Kaeya more time. Kaeya is really into seeing Diluc overeat and they repair their broken relationship over meals together.
