Summary
Mamei Ede, an alchemist with only her notes and vision to her name. Everything else is lost to time. A time that she cannot recall and possibly never will. She travels the continent of Teyvat in hopes to find clues to her lost memories, or to once and for all put her hazy past to rest- whichever comes first. Deimos Santi or rather Lareina , the newly appointed twelfth harbinger has to move past her own personal beliefs in order to do her job. Beating down her own morality and following her superior, Childe, to wherever he may go, she has to navigate her way through meeting new allies and even more so, new feelings.
After a chance meeting, the three find themselves stuck together on a mission to ensure victory over their opponent. Will Mamei's mysterious new commander get the information they need? Or will her budding feelings for her appointed enemy get in the way?

One strand hung across the curved bridge of his nose, cradling his cheek until he made eye contact with the crowd and it slipped back into place across his forehead. He didn’t stutter when his deep voice growled out from his chest to check the mic, and the pure rumble of it sent a shiver down Pickles' spine. If his voice was naturally ripping up his esophagus like that, his screaming must rival the snarl of an angry Cane Corso. If he bore his teeth, lips curling up around them, he would resemble one as well.
