Clark sat down on the edge of the bed, raising an eyebrow. “So, now what? You’ve confirmed I’m powerless and of sound mind. Are you planning on letting me go home?”
“I don’t think that’s a good idea.” Clark immediately felt angry, and opened his mouth to give Batman a piece of his mind before the vigilante continued, “You shouldn’t be alone in the Arctic without your powers. I assume it isn’t equipped to keep a human alive for an entire week.”
Clark shut his mouth. Right. The Arctic. Where Batman thought he lived. Because Clark had told Batman that he lived there, claimed he lived there ever since he came to Earth just a couple years ago, because the last thing Clark needed was the World’s Greatest Detective looking for his secret identity.

Kara huffs out a breath in frustration. “Every Kryptonian has a heartsong. And they’re beautiful, but when you listen to one on its own it feels like something is missing. It’s like...they have something like this too, right?” She gestures outward impatiently, and Bruce forces himself not to flinch at her casual use of they. “Only they have words written down instead.”
“Soulmates,” Clark says, his voice strained.
The word hits Bruce like a bullet through the lung. He keeps his face perfectly relaxed, his heartbeat calm and regular, as he realizes (too late, he's always too late) that he should have expected this all along.

It was one thing to know that Kryptonians had senses far beyond a humans, but it was an entirely different thing to comprehend the extent of them and how beyond understanding they were.
Sometimes, the moment that inspired this was some amazing feat like tracking down a missing person through hearing and faint traces of their smell, or disarming a bomb by literally looking through it, or speeding to rescue Jimmy at the sound of his signal watch.Sometimes, though, one was reminded of the extent of Kryptonian senses in a truly ridiculous way.

好苏的曼达洛领袖老爷，配上可可爱爱但坚强的绝地武士酥皮。两人有种一见倾心的感觉（“我们只是不知道你究竟是想杀了他还是上了他”——蝙蝠崽子们），配上蝙蝠崽子们真是美好的一家子
酥皮作为氪星人需要和人贴贴的设定真的绝赞，老爷那句“要相信有人爱你就这么难吗？”打破了作为绝地的规矩，开始为自己的想法和爱而战
虽然里面大量外星语言，但作者有贴心地写出翻译，阅读稍有困难，但还是很有趣。 -
