Summary
Richie Tozier is going to spend a summer with his Aunt Karen because his mom told him it'd be nice to spend a summer away from Derry, meet some old friends, spend time with his cousin. Maybe have fun not torturing the same people. And when he arrives in Hawkins, Indiana, he does find new people to torment, his cousin Mike Wheeler especially. But then he sees a boy he hasn't seen in about four years... Will Byers, and God, does it make Richie realize he'll like this summer more than he thought.
AU where Pennywise doesn't exist, but the Upside Down does. The divergence is that the events of Starcourt Mall do not happen this summer! So expect a lot more fluff than angst in the beginning, but there will still be LOTS of angst eventually.
Ryers is endgame! Byler will be used as a plot point. Sorry my fellow Bylerlings...

Summary
Richie Tozier is going to spend the whole summer far away from his friends, in a strange town called Hawkins, with his identical cousin, Mike Wheeler.
Richie is going to have the best summer in Hawkins ever and nothing is going to stop him. Not the nostalgia of not being with the Losers, not Eddie's new girlfriend, not his lame cousin Mike and specially not these weird thoughts that get louder when he's alone.
Thank god at least Mike's friends aren't lame, specially a very interesting Wizard.Will is sick of being used by his broken friend group, and his only way out of the never ending cycle is Mikes identical cousin, who seems to have found an interest in him.
Jane doesn't understand what she's doing wrong, she doesn't understand why Mike can't love her like he used to, she doesn't understand why there's always something wrong with her. She's glad that at least she has great friends like Dustin to be there for her.
Mike is sick of his annoying cousin, he's barely stayed a day and he's ruining everything, everyone blames him when clearly it's Richie's fault!

Summary
Richie Tozier moves to NYC to go to university along with The Loser's Club and The Hawkins Party. The Loser's all pitch in to buy a run down house that Ben intends to fix up and repair so that one day they can sell it for more than they paid. The house isn't the only thing that needs internal repairs though; Richie also needs to work on himself. Hiding in the closet hasn't done him justice and he has to face the things that truly scare him if he wants to move forward and find happiness. He isn't alone though Will Byers is doing his best to help him through these struggles, and also to add to those confusing feelings.

Summary
This is my first fanfiction in probably 10 years, so please be kind! Just up front, this IS a Ryers endgame, so if that isn't your thing, you may want to click away. Richie Tozier knew he liked Will Byers since he was seven years old, and in the Summer of 1985, he finally got the chance to shoot his shot, much to Mike Wheeler's annoyance. The two then fell in love and maintained a secret summer romance, which, for unexplained reasons, ended when Will moved to California. Then, a few years later, when by chance they end up roommates at NYU, it forces them both to confront their pasts, both individually and together. As they get to know each other again and slowly piece together their past, they determine whether or not their first love ever really ended.

Summary
Instead of the Byers family moving to California, they moved to Derry, Maine. It's there that Will discovers Mike's considerably more amusing cousin, Richie, who just so happens to be Will's neighbor. The Losers Club welcomes Will and Jane with open arms, but as Will and Richie get closer, their feelings get messier. Each is dealing with an unrequited love of their own, and as they help support each other through heartbreak, something unexpected blossoms between them. Will and Jane are learning what being a care-free teenager feels like for the first time, but things get complicated when the upside-down gets involved.
