Summary

“I don’t know what you want me to do,” was Nagi’s hollowed out response.
And Reo, bitterly disappointed by Nagi’s last ditch effort, didn’t know either. I want you to text me things meant just for me. I want you to go out of your way to see me. I want more of you than I’m allowed. Those didn’t seem like acceptable answers.
Then Reo, who always pushed things far past their breaking point, had a horrible idea.

Summary
Despite all the downsides, Reo didn't mind the new world that much. Sure, there was no way to relax with the zombies standing outside your door at any given moment, you couldn't take a hot shower unless you got really really lucky and you lost contact of basically everyone that was not next to you... Ok, no, he HATED it.

Summary
Reo’s been gone for weeks now and Nagi can still faintly feel his presence. For instance, when Nagi kicks around spherical items in his house to embody the joy soccer had once brought to him. He can hear Reo’s soothing tone when he tells Nagi stupid, unimportant things in the middle of their friendly matches.
Or like right now.
His cheeks are wet, the corners of his eyes in constant pain. His neck ached like his voice had been ripped out of his throat and Nagi’s body wracked with sobs of longing. Oh, how he’d kill to have Reo in his arms for just one last time. Nagi wrapped his arms around himself tightly, imagining pulling Reo into a warm embrace.
