Summary
Durin gets pulled into a strange Ley Line anomaly and wakes up alone in a Teyvat he doesn’t recognize. He meets Scaramouche, thinking that it’s just some strange alternate timeline where Hat Guy is a Fatui Harbinger, but it’s only a matter of time before he learns that he’s actually been pulled into a past that the world should have forgotten.
He also ends up joining the Fatui, somehow, but that’s neither here nor there. The important part is that he needs the help of both Scaramouche and the Albedo of the past to help him solve his Ley Line problem… if he can get them to work together, that is.

Flins is a Lantern Fae, the only one of his kind. Known as the Azure Flame, he is feared by both fae and humans. Stripped of his name and memories by the Tsar, he exists as little more than a weapon: a hunting hound bound to its master, a flame condemned to burn only where commanded. For centuries, he has accepted this as his fate.
That is, until in the midst of a routine and merciless task, he encounters a Captain of the Lightkeepers: a faction that dares to resist the unyielding dominion of the fae over humanity. Mistaking Flins for a human who has lost his name to a cruel fae, the Captain offers him a place among the Lightkeepers. Giving the Tsar an idea for Flins’s next mission:

Initially just wanting to be more involved in other matters of Fontaine, Neuvillette delves into cases and reports outside of what he usually deals with and one certain report, no, several certain reports catches his eye which is about the sightings of an "unusual fish" in the Nostoi Region so he decides to go to Petrichor to see what that is about which then slowly leads to him meeting a certain ancient "fell dragon" who recognizes him, sort of.
