Summary
Yugo Sakaki awakens inside a strange room with no memory of how he had gotten there. The last thing Yugo remembers is being arrested by City Security during an attempt to challenge the city's champion, Jack Atlas. Upon leaving the room and finding his D-Wheel, Yugo drives out into a version of Neo Domino City that does not recognize at all. The slums known as the Commons have been replaced by a gleaming metropolis as prosperous as the Tops, but the people living in this new city all act like lifeless machines. As Yugo is trying to figure out what's going on, he's suddenly chased by an automated security robot. This duel against a machine is only the beginning of Yugo's war against the mechanical force that had taken over the city he had once called home.

Summary
Four months after the Crimson Plague incident, seventeen-year-old Suzie Wong still finds herself having erotic dreams about her friend, Jeri. One morning, Suzie encounters a strange fortune teller by the name of Mirei Mikagura, who tells her she will soon be save by a handsome prince. Later on the way to school, Suzie is rescued from a wild Digimon by the knight, Crusadermon. As Suzie attempts to thank the knight, Crusadermon splits into its Rookie form and a teenage girl. The girl gives Suzie a kiss before suddenly vanishing, only to show up later as a new student in Suzie's class.
Meanwhile, Yamaki loses command of Hypnos to Colonel Hitomi Sato, who has come to enforce strict government oversight on the Tamers. The changes Colonel Sato makes soon causes a major division to form between Takato and his friends.

Summary
While traveling through Australia, Eiji Hino encounters an alien scientist who resurrects Ankh as a human. The scientist asks for Eiji and Ankh's help to defeat a member of his species that has acquired a set of core medals and intends to use them to destroy the human race. In order to stop this enemy, the scientist takes Eiji and Ankh to meet Yusuke Godai, the legendary Kamen Rider Kuuga. Meanwhile, an investigation into Foundation X ends up getting Shotaro Hidari and Philip drafted into an effort by Interpol to retrieve the very set of core medals being used by the enemy Eiji and Ankh have been asked to defeat. Elsewhere, Kotaro Minami begins working for a wealthy family, and in doing so meets a pair of young women with unrequited feelings for one another.
Unbeknownst to these five heroes, the enemy at work behind the scenes intends to use the core medals and these two poor girls to create a destructive force that will bring Tokyo to its knees and perhaps bring ruin to the entire human race. The chain of events that follow will soon become known as the Tiger Lily Incident.

Summary
Years after the defeat of Team Galactic, Dawn travels back to Sinnoh to attend the wedding of her two friends and contest rivals, Marcel Dantés and Lisa Flare. Just as the ceremony begins though, a strange masked woman calling herself the Countess of Hisui shows up to put a stop to the wedding. The Countess uses a Darkrai to knock out everyone attending the wedding, and when Dawn awakens later she learns that Lisa has been abducted. Reuniting with Cynthia and Looker, Dawn sets out on a quest to find the Countess and rescue Lisa.

Summary
In the wake of several encounters with malignant alien deities known as the Great Old Ones, Usagi and her friends are invited to stay for a while at a large mountain estate by Haruka and Michiru's recent acquaintance from Paris, Frieda Johansen. Things become awkward though when Usagi and Mamoru learn that the Shitennou have been resurrected and are now going out with the Inners. It also turns out that the house is actually the Earth base for Frieda's group of alien Sailor Guardians, the Sailor Valkyries. Usagi and the others learn that the war against the Great Old Ones is far from over, and they must work with the Sailor Valkyries to keep the Earth from falling into the tentacles of the mad deities. Can the power of Sailor Moon overcome the Old Ones, or is the Earth doomed to be plunged into madness?

Summary
This series originally started life as a sequel to Adventure 02 and Tamers, but with the existence Adventure Tri and Last Evolution, it has since become an alternate universe series.
The early stories in the series focus on the characters of Adventure 02 in their twenties and attempt to wrap up the unresolved Dark Ocean storyline from the anime. These early stories also explore the fact that the Ryo character from Tamers was originally a character from the Adventure universe and opens the door to multiverse shenanigans.
Later stories in this series, such as Child of Hope and Light and Child of Darkness begin to shift the focus more to younger generations of characters, and also introduces alternate versions of characters from Digimon video games such as Cyber Sleuth and Hacker's Memory.

Summary
Post-anime. After having suffered from her unrequited love for Shiori for so long, Juri finally decided to sever all ties with her and try to move on. That is, until Shiori seeks her out, wanting to make amends with her and be friends again. But if they're going to be friends again, then Juri will need closure. Knowing she won't ever find it as long as she wonders if her love for Shiori could bear fruit or not, she issues her an ultimatum. They can be friends again, but first they must give having romantic relationship together a chance, to which Shiori agrees.
With the two of them giving dating a try, they must both now face and come to terms with their true feelings for each other while giving being girlfriends a try. With Juri fearful of having her heart broken again or being hurt once more, Shiori struggles with how she really feels for her childhood friend while dealing with her inferiority complex, all while keeping their new relationship hidden from the rest of the school.
