Daeyoung doesn’t really remember how it all started—his sleep-deprived brain is too foggy for that. He just knows his old roommate sucked, and Riku doesn’t. Riku is nice, affectionate, and somehow always there—letting him nap on their couch, covering him with a blanket, pressing soft kisses to his forehead when he's asleep.

Daeyoung chuckled at that, like he didn't believe him. 'How could that be? You're clearly Blue,' he stated, one hand pointing to the wall behind Yushi that was filled with photos of the ocean.

Riku hums thoughtfully and falls quiet for a moment, and Yushi almost believes the interrogation is over. But then Riku says, almost casually, “I think they’d look good together.”
It has Yushi sitting up abruptly, frowning as he turns to stare at him. And feeling upset. Why does it feel like Riku isn’t on his side? Why does it feel like he’s siding with Jaehee—or worse, with Hina? The thought irritates him more than it should, a strange sense of betrayal blooming in his chest.
“No, they don’t.”“Yuu-chan,” Riku wheezes, wiping at the corner of his eyes, “you’re so fucking jealous.”
