After the end of the 100 year war, Zuko doesn't sleep. Visions of the war, of his sister and father, all his failures, haunt him every time he closes his eyes. Instead, he walks the city, stares at his ceiling, does anything but sleep. This can only last so long.
When Sokka stops by on a diplomatic visit, he notices, and decides to do something about it.
