"Who said that? Some colonizer?"
"I said it, actually. But, speaking of colonizers, don't you want to know who our mark is?"

"That's right. The big guys. Don't you want to take them down? At least a little bit?
Ed swirls his finger through some salt on the table, looking down at it instead of Stede. He doesn't answer.
