Description:

Ex-blacksmith, wannabe inventor, and the only survivor of a dragon attack on his village, Pebble just wanted to find a new home. Prefeably, somewhere with as little to do with dragons as possible.

Cue Duckweed, a Mudwing who has given up being a soldier in order to travel across Pyriah and indulge in his own selfishness for the first time in his life. But life on the road can be lonely for a Mudwing, and he's always wanted a pet...

Now on this elaborate roadtrip together, the duo get themselves into trouble with dragons and humans alike. To get out, they'll need to open up with one another, acknowledge some uncomfortable truths, and learn that the world is a much bigger place than either of them thought.

Notes:

The Mirror Shards AU is an OC driven fic, focused more on the relations between humans/scavengers and dragons through the eyes of the protagonists. I plan to alternate between comics and more traditionally written fics that will be updated whenever they are done.
