5 years of stagnancy undone by a single night of drinking.
Izuku Midoriya has always had it bad for Kacchan, but seeing him upclose and personal at Kaminari and Jirou's wedding makes him act out of character in a way he knows he shouldn't. His regrets would unearth old feelings from a relationship long stilled - disrupting the careful distance they've maintained all this time.
Finding out that distance wasn't a coincidence makes Izuku take risks he can't come back from. Yes, after all this time - Izuku would still do anything to be by Kacchans side.

Every Friday Katsuki invites Shouto to hang out with him after school.
“Don’t need to see that gay shit.”“I wonder if they ever get tired of having to write those scenes into every episode.” Shouto remarks, unconvinced an audience actually believes this is good material.
“Eh, it sells. People’ll admit they watch this crap instead of porn. As if it’s any fuckin’ different,”
Katsuki slaps a hand over his face. “Forget I said that!”
“You’re not wrong, otherwise the same couldn’t be said about reading those books.”
“Fuck. You.” Katsuki groans, glaring through his fingers, then he thwacks a pillow against Shouto's face. “Don’t go getting any funny ideas asshole, i'm not some fucking pervert!”
Alternatively-- Shouto being a horny boy and Katsuki reaping the benefits.

Well, in a day of revelations, it turns out that Izuku isn't as vanilla as Katsuki previously thought. Unfortunately, that fascinating discovery is overshadowed by Izuku's dumbassery, because he has zero concept of aftercare.
"Don't go to anyone else," Katsuki says, because screw it. He can do a better job anyways.
