In the bed, Mikey and Ray were no longer talking in hushed whispers. Both were asleep in each other's arms—Ray protectively holding Mikey close as the lanky Way snuggled into the gentle giant.
He loved love—hearing about it, experiencing it, seeing it. He smiled for Ray and Mikey. They deserved each other.

The smartest thing to do was put the blankets at the top of the stack. He probably should have invested in clear bins and not the black ones that he had decorated with some random stickers when he was tossing stuff in there. If he hadn't done that he wouldn't be freezing his ass off.
His hands were achy from the cold and his arms sore from lifting. His stringbean arms (he hated Gerard for coining that and himself for agreeing with it) could only take so much.
“If he was here, he could use his strong muscles…” Mikey groaned, feeling defeated by the task that came to be because of his own stupidity. If he was here, I wouldn't be freezing to death…Mikey Way loves his boyfriend. Even if they are both a bit different.

Ray likes how the autumn season changes the world. The way the leaves turn red, orange and gold - falling to the ground to create a river of autumn. He loved how he and Mikey prepared for Halloween with Gerard and Frank - the little family that was amongst them four always had a great time when the autumn came. This autumn, Ray sees how there's more changing this season than the color of the leaves.

These were the wise words of Ray, upon first entering the Rusty Spoon Bar and Grill. At the time, Frank rolled his eyes and brushed it off.
“Lots of venues look haunted,” Frank commented dryly, lugging his guitar and amp behind him as the rest of the band began to set up on the stage in the far corner.
“Yeah, but I can feel it,” Ray insisted. “Something’s seriously off, man, I promise.”
“It really doesn’t matter, does it? We’re only here for a few hours and then we don’t have to worry about it,” Frank sighed.
Ray still looked uncomfortable. “I guess,” he shrugged, “but if one of us gets possessed, I’m gonna be the first one to say I told you so.”
(OR: The Supernatural AU where Ray has an unwanted hitchhiker, Frank gets more than he bargained for from a one-night stand, Mikey is generally unimpressed, and Gerard has beef with Ray's passenger.)
