“See. You just want to see cats? Is it your first time? Are you heartbroken and you need some cuddles, or are you looking to adopt? Give me something to work with, here,” Renjun replies, exasperated. Yangyang turns for support, but Hendery has disappeared. Yangyang spots him at the end of the long corridor crouched down as he looks inside one of the play areas.
“Are you offering cuddles?” Yangyang will make himself heartbroken for that, thanks.
“I will call the police on you if you take a step towards me,” Renjun warns, which is rude, but okay. Yangyang holds his hands up.
“Fine, okay, I’m looking to adopt. And before you judge me I totally have had cats before okay, it’s just that I moved out from my gay surrogate dads’ apartment recently because they’re boring, and they get to keep the cats so I miss having one because fish are cool but they’re not a cat.”
Yangyang is looking to adopt a cat. He finds a cat, and much more besides.
