Kouř ho stále štípal v očích, když míjel opuštěnou hraniční budovu, a v hrudi mu hořel silný plamen, jak se jeho plíce dožadovaly potřebného odpočinku.
Nemohl zastavit. Nesměl zastavit.
Na krk mu citelně dopadal horký dech krvežíznivých hyen, a kdyby jim otevřel byť jen skulinku možností, mohl by velmi rychle skončit s kulkou v zádech nebo nožem v hrdle.
Musel pokračovat dál. Utíkat, dokud se nenaskytne příležitost jemu. Utíkat, dokud mu budova v plamenech nezmizí z dohledu.
Naposledy se otočil a dovolil si pár krátkých chvil sledovat hustý oblak kouře. Přísahal by, že mu chór dosud trpících občanů stále doléhal k uším. Hruď se mu prudce zvedala, plnila se hrdostí.
Svému městu přál vítězství. Radostně se rozesmál, adrenalin mu proudil tělem a nadšení objalo celou jeho mysl, když povzbudivě zvolal:
„Halazia, Perile!"

I might delve into the details in some future fic, though, while keeping this one more focused on their relationship.

Summary
Mingi is just doing his best friend and platonic soulmate in the whole wide world, Yunho, a favour! Finding out who the mystery man was that he met on the street and stole his heart should be child's play. The search leads him to Wonderland, a host/ess bar and restaurant and Mingi has a plan: request Wooyoung as a Host, talk up Yunho and get the two to meet again and possibly married; he's not picky.
All of that goes out the window when he gets to Wonderland and meets Hongjoong, a long-tenured Host and the most gorgeous man Mingi's ever seen.
What was he there for, again?
