Summary
Aesop wanders through messy stacks upon stacks of musty books, some with old coffee mugs littered on the top. In no time, he finds himself stumbling onto a desk- the only desk in the whole building that is cleaned off with a little space ready to work. Behind it is a man with round glasses and white hair in a side ponytail. A blue coat hangs over his chair. In his hand is a mug of coffee that splashes with Aesop’s embarrassing slip.
“I’m sorry, I missed my step and-” Aesop looks up to make eye contact with the brightest blue eyes he has ever seen. “-I’m sorry.”
The man chuckles, “it’s my own fault. I have a hunch that this place is beyond repair. Now, if I may ask, what are you doing here? Visitors are quite rare.”
“Actually, I’m no visitor. I’m supposed to be the new volunteer.” Aesop was hesitant about revealing the truth. He has nowhere to run now.
___Or: Aesop needs more volunteer hours to apply for his masters and the only position he gets is at the rundown library.

Summary
“What….” The man mumbled, in English, letting go of his face to finally take a proper look at himself, “...the fuck?” He finished, just as bewildered as Aesop had been when he had woken up in this state.
Perhaps the man finally noticed that there was someone else in the bed with him. He looked up.
Another new horrifying realisation dawned upon Aesop.
This man. Was the host of the party from the night before.
The one he was quite sure absolutely hated him.

A drunken one-night stand with a stranger who for some reason just hated his guts was not on Aesop Carl's bingo for the week,,,but as always, life just loves to fuck him over, doesn't it?Bookmarked by pushen
