Draco leapt into the flames, letting his wings drag behind him as he walked steadily towards the edge of the perimeter where the thumping rhythms hit his attuned ears. The vibrations were close, but not nearly close enough, and the damn border that kept him caged and isolated in the center of the Forbidden Forest wouldn’t allow him to fly to where his two soulmate’s hearts beat in tempo with his own.
