Summary
Basically, what would have happened if Sieun transferred after the Yeongbin debacle?
They meet again at twenty-seven during a contract negotiation. Sieun is an absolute mess and Suho is less so. They are also neighbours.
This is not exactly a happy fic. It has a lot of heavy themes to do with mental health and the various ways one can harm themselves. But it is also very healing.

Summary
[Please note: this is the fic originally named 'of all the ways to lose a person'.]
To say that his world collapses is rather the wrong sentiment.
In many ways, Suho would have preferred that, because if something is razed there’s an endpoint. A disaster that collapses a world does not change that world’s nature - it just kills it. You can look at the inert corpses of what once was everything and see that it is finished.
He’d have thought that this type of event would be like that. Destructive. Dramatic.
Final.
Instead, he gets something altogether more alarming.
Or,
Suho wakes up at age twenty-three and finds that nothing is as he remembers.
