Summary
For 2 years, the house next door sat empty, and Gerard liked it that way. Quiet evenings, reasonable bedtimes, nobody on the other side of the shared wall in his little slice of heaven in Belleville.
Then Frank Iero moved in, some punk kid seemingly determined to make Gerard's life as difficult as possible, and that peace was destroyed. The walls are thin, Frank is loud, and now Gerard is forced to go back over there time and time again to complain, and he's starting to think the brat is just pushing him for a reaction.

Summary
Typically, one wouldn’t anticipate meeting the possible love of their life at a masked orgy, but in Frank and Gerard’s case, it’s more possible than either of them would ever imagine when their chance meeting winds up being more than just fucking.
