Summary
Snuffy never imagined himself to be a mentor. His vision of the future always entailed taking over the world with his best friend, each of them aiming to be at the very top. But after his friend got lost in his own head and took his own life, he vowed to make sure no one ever had to go through something like that ever again. So he accepted the offer to oversee the Ubers U-20 team, instilled his philosophy into them as best as he could, and made plans to retire as a coach.
And those Blue Lock kids? They all need a bit of a rude awakening.

Summary
"Michael? Do you think we'll be able to play together forever?"
Ness thought about that memory a lot. It felt like just yesterday he and Kaiser were playing on that large open field in a stranded section of Germany's slums. They used to be inseparable. But somewhere along their journey, something had shifted. And this shift tainted their relationship with a poison so toxic, the two of them would never be able to reach that same level of equality again. One was the king above them all and the other was a pet dog under the king's feet—nothing could ever change that.
At least up until they returned home from Blue Lock. After an incident where Ness attempts to take his own life, the two of them are forced to reconsider the circumstances of their relationship.
This is a series of two childhood friends on a journey to change the dynamic between them. Slowly but surely, they will come to reach the happy ending of their childhood dreams. (And maybe even fall in love along the way).

He takes a step forward, one foot in the air, the other still grounded on the cement of the ledge, only to halt at the sound of a cigarette speaking behind him.
“Wha’chu doing?” A voice that sounds like a cigarette speaks up, and Michael turns around to see a man with wispy, almost curly hair, standing beside the entrance to the roof, a cigarette between his lips and a cloud of smoke in front of him.
A boy meets a match and sets it on fire to watch it burn. Put the boy on trial, and he swears it was an accident.
