Felix slightly winces as Chan delicately thumbs away remnants of sand from his face, staying deadly silent throughout the whole ordeal.
Then, “I’ll make him regret this.”
Shivers.
It runs across Felix’s skin like electricity, powered by the barely restrained anger in Chan’s voice.
a friendly spar leads to a hurt felix before the quarterly rank review with the other heroes-in-training. and chan is really not happy about that.
