Summary
“Do you believe it? What Armin says, I mean.”
Ymir barely turns, raising an eyebrow. Her golden eyes locked with Krista’s beautiful blue ones.
“About what?”
Krista goes back to staring at the sky. “The rivers of lava. The endless stretches of sand. The frozen continents. The sea. That whole world out there… beyond the walls,” she says, as if describing a dream, not a real place. “Do you think it really exists?”
Ymir looks away, and the sky suddenly feels emptier.
Of course, she believes in it. She believes it because she’s seen it with her own eyes.
The sea, at least. Just once, too many years ago, while she was being taken away in chains, on a ship that cut through the waters toward nothingness. Where freedom ended and punishment began.
But this, she can’t tell Krista. Not yet. So she swallows, and after a brief pause, simply replies,“Yes. I believe.”
Krista sighs softly, a faint smile forming on her lips.
“If it really exists...” she says, her voice tender, almost a whisper. “I’d like to see it with you.”

“And you?” Ymir continued after a moment of silence. “Don’t you ever feel… stuck? You know, doing the same things, seeing the same people.”
Historia looked up at her, caught off guard by the question. She thought for a moment, then answered honestly. “Sometimes, yes. But I try to find something beautiful in the little things. A smile, a good conversation… moments like this.”
Ymir gazed at her for a moment, her smile growing warmer and softer. “Moments like this, huh?” she repeated quietly. “Then maybe we should continue this conversation somewhere else, one day,” she added, her voice now lower, almost a whisper.
Historia slowly lifted her gaze, meeting those honey-colored eyes that held a determination both unsettling and strangely reassuring. She wasn’t used to that kind of attention, but she couldn’t deny that something about Ymir deeply intrigued her.

Annie's low voice barely reached her, a discreet whisper beside her.
Ymir nodded stiffly. It wasn’t true, and Annie knew it.
Armin, sitting next to his girlfriend, cast her a quick, almost worried glance.
They all knew.
They could see it in her eyes, in the tension in her shoulders, in the way she fidgeted with the hem of her too-formal, too-tight black jacket.
But no one said anything.
Because what could they say? How do you comfort someone who’s about to watch the love of their life marry someone else?or

Summary

They can barely stand each other, and so after a passionate argument, Ymir decides to leave. But then she stumbles upon a famous marriage counselor, Hange Zoe, and decides that maybe they should at least try to fix the cracks in their marriage before truly throwing in the towel.

Summary
Ymir inhales deep, closing her eyes, tip of the joint glowing a vibrant orange and sizzling, and then tilts her head back to exhale towards the roof after a few seconds of pause.
Historia waits quietly for Ymir to return to the present. The brunette opens her eyes and grins. She leans forward and raises her arm towards Historia, joint pinched between her fingers.
Historia swallows, eyes darting between the offering and Ymir’s smile.
“Probably the safest space if you ever wanna give it another go. Tell me what’s eating you up, Historia Reiss.”
Pale fingers tentatively reach out and Ymir closes the hesitant distance, nestling the joint comfortably within them.

Historia is sad and stressed and Ymir invites her over to spill her woes over a joint
