Near the bottom corner, circled three separate times, are the words: WE WILL MAKE IT :)
Well, you learn that there is a special kind of hell reserved for the first person to discover a problem, because now, even four words scrawled across a whiteboard can mock you. You see, here’s the problem you’ve found: Turns out there isn’t enough food on the Hail Mary for both of you to make it to Erid alive after all.

It's just The Gang's luck that they'd end up discovering yet another baby in the dumpster at the back of Paddy's. This time, instead of attempting to exploit the baby for money via tanning, or hallucinating a story in which the woman you have been actively stalking for years has conceived a child with your friend's (non-biological) father, they do things a bit differently. And by a bit, I mean a lot.
Or,
Mac and Dennis adopt a baby and, of course, Dennis realizes his feelings for his roommate simultaneously.

“Fatherhood’s changed you, dude. You’ve gone soft around the edges. You don’t scream as much anymore, you’re kinda just … calmer. Gentler.” Mac’s eyes drift down Dennis’ body, lingering on his broad shoulders, and Dennis can see the hungry glint in his eye.
Dennis feels himself collapse inwardly. This was everything he didn’t want, everything he had feared as soon as he packed up all of his and Brian’s things and drove away from all his son had ever known. He wanted things to be the same, exactly the same as before he left, and fine, he knows that he’s a father now so obviously things are different - but so much had changed for Dennis over the last year, was it so hard to ask for one thing to stay the same? For his friends, the only people he’s ever truly felt like he belonged with, to view him the same way as before?
or, Dennis returns to Philly with Brian and tries out being a single father. Obviously, Mac gets in the way.
