Summary
Jungkook had always thought love was something that simply happened… like in movies, like in the stories everyone seemed to live except him. So when he finally meets someone who perfectly fits his “type,” he decides to give it a try. Of course, falling for Daehyun wouldn’t be easy, and determined to make it work, he turns to Taehyung —his best friend— to teach him what he never learned.
But between advice, kisses that aren’t supposed to mean anything, and feelings that start to blur, Jungkook begins to realize that maybe it was never about finding someone perfect.
But about realizing who’s been by his side all along.
Or: Jungkook meets the girl of his dreams —who just so happens to dress and act, purely by coincidence, a lot like his best friend.

Summary
Jungkook is twenty-three, painfully pretty, somehow still untouched and completely convinced that asking out the guy from his gym will end in public humiliation unless someone teaches him how to flirt first.
Taehyung would love to be a better person about it but Jungkook is his best friend and saying no to him has always been difficult when he shows up nervous and hopeful, looking at Taehyung like he trusts him with every embarrassing part of himself.
So Taehyung helps.
It's supposed to be practice, just some teching lessons before Jungkook goes out there and uses everything Taehyung taught him on someone else.
Except Jungkook learns too fast, Taehyung feels too much and somewhere between the first touch and the first kiss, helping his best friend starts to feel a lot like ruining himself on purpose.
—
or: Taehyung is very good at teaching Jungkook what to do with his mouth and very bad at remembering the lessons are supposed to be for someone else.

Summary
“You’re taking this too seriously.”
Jungkook’s thumb moves once against Taehyung’s hand. “You’re the one who hasn’t let go.”
Taehyung looks at him.
“That’s for the bet.”
Jungkook smiles. “Sure.”
—
Taehyung and Jungkook hate each other. At least that is the story they keep telling everyone, usually while standing too close, arguing too loudly and looking at each other for long enough that their friends have started losing patience.
So the solution is obvious, apparently.
Seven days of fake dating, acting like a couple in front of everyone to prove there is nothing there.
Taehyung agrees because backing down would be worse than sharing a bed with Jeon Jungkook.
Except Jungkook is good at pretending. He holds Taehyung’s hand like it belongs there, calls him baby like he knows exactly what it does to him and turns every fake touch into something Taehyung has to survive with his dignity intact.
It's only supposed to last a week but seven days is a long time when the lie starts feeling easier than the hate.
—
or: Taehyung enters a fake relationship out of spite and discovers, tragically, that Jungkook makes a very convincing boyfriend.

Summary
“No romantic attachment. Feelings end the arrangement.”
—
On campus, Jeon Jungkook has a myth attached to him, one built out of tattoos, piercings, black clothes, athlete shoulders and enough silence for people to mistake panic for confidence.
The truth is unfortunately less impressive. Jungkook is twenty-four, still a virgin and his entire romantic experience begins and ends with one disastrous kiss in high school that had too much teeth, too much nose and enough secondhand embarrassment to ruin him for years.
He knows training, rules and routines. He does not know what to do when Han Doyun smiles at him like he might actually want him back.
Rent-A-Fuckbuddy is supposed to solve that when he books Taehyung.
Taehyung has strict rules, sharp eyes and no patience for Jungkook’s terrible taste in men. He's meant to be a safe arrangement, nothing more, except Jungkook keeps noticing his mouth, his voice and the way being seen by him feels worse than being touched.
—
or: Jungkook hires Taehyung to help him get another guy and both of them immediately become the reason feelings are forbidden.
