"Apparently" is pretty dubious because Obito was not exactly born but more like spat out of death's stomach with absolutely no idea of what to do next.

Summary

The idea of time travel is preposterous, but what other explanation could there be for a much older and much angrier version of Itachi's little brother appearing out of nowhere? Itachi doesn't know what happened to make his brother so bitter and lonely, but he's determined to not let it happen again. If only this older version of Sasuke wasn't so uncooperative.
