Summary
This story is an alternative universe where everybody in v3 goes to a regular High-School. Some aspects in this fanfiction have been inspired by other pieces of media such as games and songs. This is a Saiouma/Oumasai fanfiction where I can beat the little shitheads to a pulp. Sorry if anybody in this fanfiction is out of character or this is poorly written. I have not written a fanfic since my Wattpad days which was around three or four years ago. My grammar may be poor as I struggle with spelling as well as wording things properly. Nonetheless, I hope you enjoy this fic if you would be pleased to read it. I will try to update it often, but nonetheless. Beware of terrible descriptions and my imagination.

Summary
“Okay, uh, don't worry. I'm going to get you to a hospital, okay? Can you walk?” The man’s voice is soft as he stumbles over his words, looking at Driver's wound in horror. The way the streetlights hit the man, it hides more of his face now. The lights reflect from behind his head in an angelic way that looks almost like a halo through Driver's already blurry vision.
Now, Driver was never fully religious. He had gone to church a handful of times in his early childhood, however, he never call himself fully religious by any means. Some nights though, it did linger in the back of his head as a small comfort. But in this moment there was only one conclusion his oxygen deprived brain could come to.
This man with large, beautiful, brown eyes was an angel here to save him.

After waking up in a random Minnesota hospital and being referred to as a name that's not his, Driver is told he can't drive for awhile due to the risk of his stitches reopening. Lars, the man who found Driver, offers to let him stay with him. Driver doesn't seem to realize you can never fully outrun the past.

Summary
Driver's plan is simple: keep driving until there's enough distance between him and Los Angeles that none of it can catch up. Unfortunately, blood loss has plans of its own. Several states, one totaled car, and an ill-timed loss of consciousness later, Driver finds himself deposited rather unceremoniously outside Lars's house like a particularly injured stray dog.
