Sanji wants to throw himself into the ocean. Maybe he’ll search for a devil fruit just so he could eat it and immediately drown in the sea.
“Unfortunately, the Loss-Loss Fruit took away your body’s ability to produce seminal fluids. You’ll likely still have one more time before the full effects set in, but after that…”
Despite the clinical language Chopper’s using, Sanji knows what he’s really saying. He can only come one more time in his entire fucking life.

Then, Blackleg pulls on his younger self’s tie until their foreheads touch. Blackleg’s hand is under Sanji’s jaw, forcing his chin upright. Zoro doesn’t understand the point of it, not until Blackleg leans in and presses his lips to Sanji’s, maintaining eye contact with Zoro all the while.
–Zoro chokes. No, he’s lost control of the situation entirely. What the hell?
