A loud knock breaks their bubble. “Yasuda,” Blue grumbles impatiently from the other side of her door. “Come on, we’re leaving in five.”
Mika’s eyes go wide as she reluctantly rolls back onto her own pillow. “Uh— don’t come in!” she calls, immediately wincing.
Jules snickers. “Very subtle,” she whispers, poking Mika in the ribs.
“Oh, come on, like you’d have done better.”

“Missed me? Yasuda, we were sitting on the same sofa," Jules teases. “You’ve been lecturing me on video game controls for the last two hours.”
Mika rolls her eyes as she leans in, kissing Jules so gently that she’s suddenly convinced Mika might think she’s breakable. And maybe she is, because the kiss is so soft and so sweet that it makes her stomach flip and her heart ache.

“Do you really think they won’t figure out something’s up sooner or later”, Charlie asked the woman scurrying to shove her into the jump ship for a make out session. She was a full proponent of keeping their new relationship from the legends because as loving a bunch they were, it was a ship with one bathroom. Privacy wasn’t a present factor.
“Please, if Ray could hide the fact that he was the one who freed Nora Darhk, I think we can hide-‘, she paused. They hadn’t exactly discussed what this was. All they knew was that they liked each other’s company and especially each other’s lips. “This.” That seemed the only word appropriate.
