Summary
Chapaas are pests. They are also unlikely matchmakers.
OR: Hassian is a tsundere and player character (you) are unusually good at bringing down emotional walls. Expect slowburn-typical shenanigans, occasional headbutting, and lots of yearning—especially where one grumpy hunter is concerned.

Summary
"She took a deep breath and turned back to the siblings, forcing a friendly and most definitely trustworthy smile. They both looked at her like she was off her rocker, and she had to concede that they were probably right. No sane person would truly believe that they’d been isekai’d into a fantasy video game. Certainly not in their pyjamas."
When Lo suddenly finds herself in the world of her favourite game, Baldur’s Gate 3, she figures that the best bet is to stick to the story she knows -- how hard could it be? However, with every attempt made to follow canon, Lo finds herself only derailing the game even further. It definitely doesn’t help matters either that Rolan, the wizard tiefling she’d not bothered to talk to in her play-through, seems entirely set on thwarting her every decision.
Needless to say…
This adventure certainly isn’t giving the ‘main-character energy’ Lo had hoped for. -

Summary
In a cold, clinical lab in Oasis, the renowned and controversial biogeneticist Moira O’Deorain conducts secret experiments that push the boundaries of ethics. However, in order to keep her research funded and her lab operational, she’s forced to accept Oasis’ condition: take on a PhD student.
Unfortunately for her, the only applicant just so happened to be Niran Pruksamanee—eager, disarmingly charismatic, and infuriatingly charming. Son of one of Thailand’s wealthiest families, and a certified thorn in her side.
She had expected to find him irritating.
She had expected to find him a distraction.
She hadn’t expected to become the object of his desire.
(…And she certainly hadn’t expected to find herself desiring him right back.)

Summary
“She’d thought it would be different now. That the fear haunting her would fade along with her humanity. That hunger would bring clarity. Power. Certainty.
And yet, here she was. Still hiding.
Always hiding.”
A few months. That was all it took to turn from saviour to fugitive, hero to villain. Tav is trapped between two worlds—no longer fully human, but not yet the illithid she was meant to become.
Not that it matters. The city she died for now speaks her name in fear, hunting what’s left of the illithid with Tav as the grand prize.
Defeat seems certain. Surrender, inevitable.
…That is, until a former ally finds her—and, against all odds, chooses mercy.
In that moment, Tav sees the truth she hadn’t been prepared to admit: survival won’t come from goodness or secrecy. It will take help. Rolan’s help.
If he’s even willing to give it.

Summary
“It is ridiculous. Any sane person would hate him—declare him an enemy, or brand him an irredeemable villain. It would be simpler, too, to let him push her away, to let his bitterness and anger snuff out her sympathy. To give up.
Rook exhales, long and slow. No. It wouldn’t be easier—not for her. She never did know when to quit.
Her heart has already decided for her.
She is going to save the Dread Wolf. Whether he likes it or not.”
Or: Dragon Age: The Veilguard, but make it Dreadrook, add a heavy dose of slow burn, and dial up the angst.

Summary
Mistria's very own street performer, Fiore, is an opera singer-turned-charlatan who has a few tricks up her sleeves. Originally from the Capital, she sought a chance at a fresh start in Mistria under a false identity after she experienced prolonged tragedy upon leaving her life at the opera house. Her strict adherence to the opera lifestyle from childhood up to her early twenties has resulted in a lack of wisdom and little social awareness, but she knows how to play a character. Fiore persistently fears that certain people from her past will eventually locate her... but a new merchant in Mistria becomes an unexpected distraction.
Con Fuoco will follow Fiore's reclamation of her singing voice, her unconventional dynamic with the salesman Wheedle, as well as a focus on female friendship and found family.
Rena belongs to renamistria on tumblr!

Summary
“I just…” He frowns, takes a second and his eyes light up on you. “We’ve… been keeping it a secret,” He says. “And, y’know how I am with trust issues, it’s not you and I didn’t want to get ahead of myself and tell you and have it not work out, plus—”
Tish looks confused. You are confused. Reth is still rambling and your brain is struggling to keep up. Is he dating someone? It kind of feels like you’re having a heart attack. Is this a heart attack?
While you assess your situation, you notice Tish looking between you two before she puts her hands up to her mouth.
“Of course,” She breathes in an almost whisper. “Oh of course! I should’ve known,”
(in which you and Reth fall in love backwards, discover your past and sort of, save the world)

Summary
“I don't bite,” he finally said after some time.
“I know,” she said quickly, dispelling any doubt. “I just-” she paused, not wanting to say too much, lest she embarrass herself with the alcohol loosening her tongue.
“Just what?” He pressed.
She is suddenly very interested in the torn skin around her fingernails. “I don't know.”
“You knew about 5 seconds ago.”
“-I just want you to like me,” she spilled, unable to stop the words from flowing out of her mouth.
