Summary

After getting caught stealing information from the Hero Public Safety Commission, Y/N is offered a choice: either stay locked up in a cell for the rest of her miserable life, or enter a contractual agreement to work for the Commission on a few of their upcoming operations. With her knowledge of underground crime networks and a uniquely powerful quirk, the HPSC wants Y/N on their side. The catch: she'll have to work closely with Pro-Hero Hawks, constantly under observation to ensure that she remains loyal to the HPSC's cause. And for someone who despises heroes, this is one challenge Y/N is not sure she'll be able to brave.
However, despite her blind hatred, Y/N just might find exactly what she needs to heal the broken cracks within.
