“Tested?” He asks.
“You know,” Shane says. Ilya shakes his head. Shane isn’t sure if he really doesn’t know, or if he just wants Shane to say it. “If we’re both clean, I was thinking that maybe…maybe we didn’t have to use a condom?”
Ilya goes very still on top of him. Shane would think it was a bad thing, but he’s got his hand on Ilya’s neck, close enough to feel his pulse go crazy.
“You want?” He asks - almost croaks.
“Yeah.” Shane swallows. “I want.”

“Pike,” he says. “Maybe I drive to Montreal tonight.” He licks his lips. “So you can punch me in the face.”
“Is Shane alright?” Pike barks, sounding equal parts suspicious and alarmed.
“Da,” Ilya says. He drops his head back, and it smacks against the back of the wrought-iron patio chair he’s sitting on. “Yeah. Yes, he’s fine, Pike. Is not about something that happened recently.”
