Summary
Kaeya's drinking blood is nothing unusual to Diluc, and neither is the accidental enthrallment and allure of other people. When he's to pretend and be his boyfriend for the hundredth time to stave off the hoard of adoring fans, Diluc has no problem agreeing... and Kaeya is none the wiser why it never works on him to begin with.
tldr: Mutual pining between a vampire and his best friend goes awry when he realizes his friend is a simp.

Summary
“Good morning,” Kaeya greeted cordially as he took in Diluc’s expression, “slept well?”
Diluc shifted, and Kaeya’s smile widened when realisation dawned on the other’s face when he found that his movements were restricted with the way his hands had been tied to the iron bars of the bed frame behind his head. The navy blue silk cords made a sharp, beautiful contrast to the splay of fiery red hair that it rested on, and Kaeya watched as Diluc narrowed his eyes in consideration.
“Well enough to know I didn’t go to sleep tied up,” Diluc inclined his head in thought, “you’re in a mood. What’s the occasion?”
“Do I need an occasion to have sex with you?” Kaeya asked in faux innocence as he dipped downwards to kiss the nape of Diluc’s neck, enjoying the way the other squirmed in response. Diluc had always been particularly sensitive here, and it was only when he was bound like this did Kaeya get to enjoy teasing him with tickles, “but if you really insist on an answer, I guess I simply missed you while you were away.”

On his wrist, the curse mark seared, red and angry against his skin. Just two hours ago, it had not been there, and Kaeya had been free to live a life carefully distanced from Diluc. Now, thanks to an unfortunate mistake in a domain, Kaeya had been politely informed by Albedo that he and Diluc were now united in a fatal bond with only one very specific means of undoing.
“I don’t exactly want to have sex with you either, you know?” Kaeya snapped defensively, the lie grating on his tongue. In any other situation, Kaeya might harbour some hope, might have the audacity to imagine their relationship taking a turn for the better, that they might one day return to the warmth of their youth where they tumbled together on sun-drenched afternoons with little care for the world. Instead-
“Let’s just get it over with.” Diluc said, his voice hoarse from disuse, and Kaeya rolled his eyes.
