Summary
Under his palm, Martin's shirt is slightly damp with sweat and underneath that, his heartbeat is frantic, fast enough that it almost startles him.
There is a faint tremor in Martin's hand where it rests atop his. "Believe me now?" he asks quietly. "About being nervous?"
Juhoon can barely think as the heartbeat keeps hammering against his palm and Martin's eyes remain fixed on him.
"Wow," he says after a second. "You might actually throw up."
or
Martin needs someone to drive his band to all their summer gigs and Juhoon, his deeply unfortunate roommate, somehow lets himself be convinced.

Summary
Martin reaches over instead of doing something normal and plucks a leaf from the grass beside them, presses it gently to Juhoon’s cheek where the tear was.
It’s absurd and weirdly soft.
“It’s fine,” Martin says, suddenly serious. “This is an ancient method.”
Juhoon blinks at him. “Huh?”
“Before tissues,” Martin says, nodding. “This is what they used.”

“Your hands are cold.” Juhoon murmurs, and Martin presses his hands to the back of his neck. Juhoon shrieks, and shudders away from the touch, pulling against Martin’s grip.
“Get off me, you freak.” He says, words a little too sharp.
“I’m good.” Martin replies, laughing at Juhoon’s softer resistance as his fingers warm up. “This is working just fine.” He says, quieter.
