A slightly angsty, rather light-hearted story about what happens to Kuroko after Kagami leaves. Features teens finding their way around life, Seirin without a light, the Generation of Miracles being a family, the teens finding love and appreciating the heartbreaks. If you want to read without spoliers, please start from Shadow Flares!
This series is meant to be chronological in the timeline, but shadow flares was written first and much of Kuroko's history was hidden and only unfolded as the story came along. The back story of Kuroko came only much later when more about him was revealed.
Thus, it is advised for new readers to start from Shadow Flares to understand Flames and their powers first
