Summary
In a world where monsters roam the mortal planes, the siren Aziraphale wishes nothing more than to not have his hands stained with the blood of innocents. His kin, however, don’t share his scruples about drowning sailors with their siren songs. Tired of being scorned by his brethren for his soft sensibilities, Aziraphale decides to leave his home in search of a place where he can find true peace. His journey takes him to the lair of Medusa - a fearsome creature whose hideous countenance and vile gaze is known to turn men to stone. But there is more to Medusa, who wears strange shades that hide their gaze from view, and seems more interested in being left alone in their garden than in terrorizing nearby villages. Aziraphale finds himself drawn to this kindred soul who understands what it’s like to be treated as a monster but refuses to do harm like one. Will these two monsters find solace in each other, or is the world determined to keep monsters away from their happy ending?
"So, yes, this is a story about monsters. And it is also a story about love.
Because after all, don’t we monsters deserve love, too?"

Summary
Once upon a time, an angel sets out to cut down the serpent that was prophesied to spread evil among humanity. But soon, the angel must learn that no creature is evil by birth, and that there is more to the serpent than heaven has foreseen. And so they set out together, to find the stars and help whom they can along the way – no matter the cost.
Their sacrifices will be worth it, if only the angel is able to keep his promise to the serpent: That they will find the star that shines the brightest, and have it show the poor creature a place it can finally call home.
– An original fairy tale, written to be reminiscent of a translation of the brothers Grimm. –
