Summary
Raiko was raised to become a wife. That was what her father always told her. She had no other purpose in life but to bring honour to her family, because she dared to be born a woman. Her parents were old, and they could only have her. Thus, when the Fire Lord’s Council sent a letter to all the noble families of the nation, stating that they ought to present their daughters because the Fire Lord was looking for a wife, Raiko’s father saw his golden chance. She obeyed like a good daughter, but Raiko wasn’t naive or submissive at all. She wouldn’t become someone else’s wife without a fight.
And Lord Zuko had no idea that she would become his favourite pain in the ass...

Jack loved his life as a Guardian. Protecting children, spreading joy, and finally belonging made the loneliness of his past feel distant, especially with Pitch gone. Summary
