Summary
At home, just Buck and Eddie during the day, was better. Though Eddie was still kind of a bitch about some things, as the days wore on, he let Buck help more and more with the things he really couldn’t do, like getting dressed, washing his hair, or changing his bandages. The pain also slowly ebbed, and though Buck was sure he was still sore, Eddie seemed much better by the end of week one.
Which turned him into a different beast altogether. Instead of being grumpy he was horny.
OR
The weeks after the shooting in which Eddie is horny, Buck and Chris figure their shit out, and Ana shows back up.

Robby wasn’t very religious.
Sure, he prayed, sometimes. Mostly in times of much needed comfort.
But there were other times, where the memories of a small-town farm boy turned promising resident doctor whispered softly to him, and he would occasionally mumble an accidental “Please, God,” into the sheets.
Now, despite his lack of devoutness, he had never really thought of these as “real” prayers; after all if there was truly an omnipotent being out there, they definitely had better things to do than helping a lonely old man live out his sexual fantasies with a boy half his age.
Granted, that may still be true, but as Robby watched Dennis huff out his name as he rutted into the attending’s bed sheets he began to second guess his religious alignment.

The guy they picked from Grindr was chosen for a few qualities—one, willingness to plan a little in advance (which is not the easiest on an app where most people are LFN), which was necessary due to needing to make arrangements for the kids; two, dick size (big but not bigger than Buck); and three, willingness to leave the second he nuts.
Buck's been sitting in the chair in the corner—the cuck chair, according to the parlance online—stroking himself languidly as he watches the guy's sweaty back driving into Eddie relentlessly. Eddie's on his hands and knees—his choice—so, unfortunately, Buck can't see his pretty face. Eddie simply cannot know that he is currently naked. That would be catastrophic.
“Um, I— did you need anything? I’m kind of in the middle of something,” Buck says, which. Okay. That did not sound convincing. He adds, “I can call you back in ten?”
“I thought you just woke up?” Eddie says, and, fuck— Buck did basically say that.
Carefully, he says, “I did.”
“So what were you—?”
God, this is mortifying. This might be the worst thing that’s ever happened to Buck, and he’s been caught in, like, four natural disasters. And also struck by lightning. And had a fire engine fall on him. He even dated (he shudders at the thought) Tommy Kinard.
“Eddie,” he says. He doesn’t know what else to say.
“What? If you need to pee you can just mute yourself.”
“Eddie, that’s not—”
“Then what?” Eddie laughs. “If you’re still in bed, you can’t ha— oh.”
Or: Buck answers the phone in the middle of jerking off. For some reason, Eddie asks him not to hang up.
