Summary
Leon Kennedy was ready to end it all, but before he does, he decides to contact his friends one last time to say goodbye, not expecting Chris Redfield to kick his door down less than an hour later. After thankfully finding him alive, the BSAA captain refuses to leave the DSO agent's side, doing whatever he can to keep Leon from hurting himself. Chris invites Leon to stay at his place so he can help him through his recovery, relieved when the agent agrees. With what they have in common, they find comfort in each other's company - and as time goes on, they only grow closer.

Summary
Leon was exhausted. He'd been running on hardly any sleep for weeks, alcohol being the only thing keeping dream-free at night. Leon was falling apart and he knew it. After that mission in Spain... he just couldn't help it. Any defenses he has built up were falling down easily. His entire life was spent dealing with the impossible, with pain, but seeing two men he loved die in the same night.. it was just too much, apparently. Leon sighed, downing his glass of whiskey and slapping down some money on the table. It was definitely too much money, but Leon just wanted to get home. Get away from all the thoughts of Krauser and Sierra. God, he hated himself for missing them, especially since it was his fault they had died in the first place.

This work is not related to my other series. I’ll probably end up reusing some names that I like across the board so just roll with it. Yet another moment of me getting stuck with writers block from one series but I needed get my kink out so here we are.
