    A complete overhaul of my story Destructive:

    After escaping from HYDRA, you-a biomedical engineered super soldier-are found unconscious by a member of the Avengers and brought back to their compound. You're offered the choice between asylum and potential membership with the Avengers, or risk spending the rest of your life in a government prison. Second chances are never easy, but yours is made even harder by the fact that James "Bucky" Barnes a.k.a. the Winter Soldier completely loathes you. Convinced at every turn that you're just biding your time to betray them all, it's only a matter of time before one of you ends up killing the other. Is it possible to find your place among the Avengers when one of them absolutely despises you?
