Summary
As the great Nick Fury best put it "I recognize that the Council has made a decision. But given that it's a stupid-ass decision, I've elected to ignore it."
Meaning I don't like how other authors portray the Yagi family. There should be no reason why Toshinori and Inko would neglect Izuku: (I.e. Toshinori used to be quirkless so he wouldn't abandon his son. And Inko isn't the type to forget about her son.)
So I'm going to make it run exactly like canon but with some changes.
Changes:
- All for one is good and he & Yoichi had another brother who was the evil one
- There will be more past One For All users.
- Stain, the Shie Hassaikai, and the Meta Liberation Army are hero's
- Mitsuki & Inko are hero's
- Toshinori is Yoichi's descendant.
- Enji & Rei's fathers are the ones that pushed the quirk marriage
- Nana lives and adopts Toshinori
- Kotaro and his family lives(Will be part of a multiverse where MHA, RWBY, The Owl House, The Dragon Prince share a storyline.)

Izuku was one of the unfortunate students of this lesson. His quirk didn't manifest in a flashy manner like his friends' did. No, it grew as he did, changing his body and making him harder to hurt.
After becoming a ward of the State, dealing with bullies, and being unable to help a friend, Izuku decides to put up with it no longer. He would no longer bow to the powers that be. They wouldn't break him anymore. Seen as a delinquent by the State and a hero to those shunned by society, he gets put into a situation where he is given the choice: become a hero or go to prison.
