“Stiles?”
Exhaling shakily with relief, Stiles allows himself a smile. Everything will be okay now. “Scott, I’m okay! I got out!”
“That’s great, Stiles—”
“Gerard grabbed me from the lacrosse field, then brought me to his freaky torture basement, and Erica and Boyd were there, but anyway we got out and—”
“Sorry, Stiles, but I can’t really talk right now, Jackson’s going kinda nuts.”
And then Scott hangs up. Just like that.Gerard doesn't let Stiles go right away. Instead, Allison finds him. She reassesses her loyalties, Scott realises he’s been a terrible friend, and Stiles finally gets the hug he deserves.
