Summary
Stiles hated being useless, but as a human in a pack of werewolves that's exactly what he was. He could probably have sucked it up if his pack members were able to protect themselves, but with none of them willing to get their hands dirty the threats kept piling up. Worse, he had started to think Deaton had a sinister agenda as well.
Then Stiles discovered what was left of the Nemeton, a guardian tree which could give him the power to protect everyone himself. In order to bond with it and bring it back to full strength he would need the help of an Alpha, one willing to do whatever it took to keep their pack safe no matter how unsavory or illegal. No one fit that role better than Peter. All Stiles had to do was help him become an Alpha again.
(Or: Peter and Stiles protect Beacon Hills by carving a bloody path through their enemies, and fall for each other in the process.)

Summary
What Peter both admired and despised about Stiles was how observant the teenager was. Always poking his nose in business decidedly not his own. Always meddling with things better left alone. Never letting things go.
It was infuriatingly familiar.
Who knew this human would upend his entire life? Not that Peter is really complaining much.
*Basically a squint-and-it's-semi-canon-compliant AU where Peter is the one to realize that something is wrong with Stiles the night he crashes his jeep into the warehouse and decides to do something about it.*

Summary
A rewrite of season 2 with Alpha Peter and Stiles as the Alpha Mate.
Peter had called Stiles the clever one but Stiles wasn't sure if Peter realized how true that was, because that was the day Stiles figured out that he was Peter's mate. The reason why Peter never harmed him when he had no qualms maiming and killing others.
Stiles decides to use his new position as Alpha Mate to his advantage, to shape the new Hale Pack and to make Peter work hard to earn Stiles as his mate.

Summary
Peter's existence after the fire was one of constant agony. Wolfsbane and mountain ash had infused with the smoke of the fire into his wounds, and he was unable to heal at all. Until one day something changed. A stranger with an inexplicable pack bond came to him, and had knowledge no living person should possess. As Peter becomes fully aware, healing and largely rid of his pain for the first time in almost a year, he finds the man who's saved him has a startling purpose, and he and what's left of his pack are needed to prevent what's coming, what this stranger says is coming.
