Summary
It’s times like this that make Arno feel like his life is some kind of sick joke. He can never seem to keep a meaningful relationship with anyone for very long.
It’s funny, in a way. He’s become a shadow in occupation, and as a consequence has become a shadow observing history unfold. And it’s all left him a shadow of himself.
