Summary
Seth was never the favored child. Not among the other Ennead, and certainly not his parents. His own wife had lied about her love for him. That’s why they could never learn the truth of what happened to Osiris. He could not take more ridicule from them, could not let them see that he had allowed himself to be desecrated by his own brother, could not allow them another weakness to poke at.
Nut had always favored her other three children over Seth, especially her perfect Osiris, and Geb had allowed her that right. But that would not change the fact that Seth was his fiery desert child, the sand born from his earth, the child who had always defended others with unrivaled ferocity. Something changed the night Osiris was killed. While Nut had heeded the cries of Isis, and he would never go against his beloved wife, that would not stop the cries of fear, pain, and betrayal that Geb heard echoing through the sands of Kemet. Now Seth would face trial, and Geb would stop at nothing to learn the truth.
Sekhmet never could’ve imagined that Seth’s trial would lead to her own sins being confronted.

It all started when Hal first met them (If you can call what happened a meeting). It couldn't say exactly how his first encounter went down as he had been too confused to keep up with all that happened around him. It was after his second encounter with one, though, that everything started to go downhill. For some reason, he had caught the sight of the batkids (yes, batkids. The Batman had kids) and now he just had to survive their antics until Bats decided to introduce them to the rest of the league. Oa help him if that doesn't happen soon.

Everyone believed they knew Batman, believed they knew Bruce Wayne, but those people really knew the different masks he paraded around in. They had their own beliefs on who they thought he was. However, only a few close people were granted the chance to see who he really was and those people knew that his most prized possession sat next to his bed in the form of a small stuffed Robin.

Summary
Seth never wanted the truth to be revealed concerning the death of Osiris. He would've gladly allowed them to dissolve his soul for the crimes he committed. However, his father, Geb, decided to finally step up and act like a father for once. Now all the gods of Kemet know the truth, and Seth's only punishment is to restore order to the land and endure his father's long overdue love. Oh, and apparently, he unlocked a new ability too.
Apparently, the truth sets more than a person free.
