A blur of heated touches and emotions that neither of them could have stopped, no matter how hard they’d tried. It wasn’t supposed to happen. They weren’t meant to be together in that way. Summary
“You what?” James asks, stepping forward and placing a finger underneath Will’s chin to tilt his head up, causing Will to meet his eye. Will laughed again but it came out as more of an exhale, a breath leaving like a silent answer. James just grins at him, that kind of grin that James does where it’s too sexy to be a casual smile and too gentle to be a smirk. In other words, the kind that always sends Will reeling and makes him go weak in the knees. His arms are reaching up past James’s shoulders to link around his neck before he can stop them.
James is only just now realising how far gone Will looks but at the same time both needy and content. He leans down, lips finding Will’s ear and his hushed words send shivers down Will’s spine. “Come on, Will,” he purrs, hands finding Will’s waist and he grins when the action makes something alight in Will’s eyes, “how long are we going to pretend that you don’t need me? Hm?” He presses a kiss to the tip of Will’s ear, feeling Will tremble under his touch. “That you don’t need me and only me to make you feel good?”
