Roughly 30 years have passed since emperor Belos death.
Luz lives a happy life with her wife and their kids and everyone that was her family regardless of blood ties.Her younger child Jonas is haunted by someone he's never met. Cursed with inheriting the late emperors eyes through the sperm donor his mother's had used, Jonas Noceda-Blight begins to think nobody could truly love him.

Summary
When Hunter comes out to his parents as a boy, he expects it to be a bit of an adjustment. What he doesn't expect is to end up shipped off to live with his priest uncle for the summer, in the hopes that Reverend Philip will 'set him straight.'
