Summary
In hindsight, you should have known Obi-Wan Kenobi wouldn’t choose you. In greater hindsight, perhaps choosing to embark on the most dangerous and mysterious mission of your career was not the way to cope with things, but since when have Jedi your age ever been known for healthy emotional regulation?
It was too late for Obi-Wan in any case. You had been slain by the fascinating and oddly charming Darth Valentis. Not that he would (or should) have those words in his lexicon to describe her. He meant flagitious and conniving, of course.
So why does he feel so drawn towards her? And why does she keep coming back to him? And how has Anakin managed to be one of the most level-headed people in this whole affair?

A four-part series with an epilogue, very loosely based on Revenge of the Sith (2005) and even less so on The Princess Bride (1987). Female Jedi!reader (technically Sith!reader, too). No use of Y/N. Written with a POC reader in mind, but it's quite vague. -

Summary
Five years before the Mandalorian even met the Child, Mando took what he thought would be the easiest bounty of his career so far, with the highest payout. Capturing a runaway dancer - a ballerina versus a Mandalorian - was laughable.
Until it wasn't.
The Mandalorian is a bounty hunter. His job is to collect a quarry and then return it for a profit. It doesn't matter what happens to said quarry once he has returned it and collected the credits. So, then, why can he not forget the sad pair of emerald-green eyes after he turned her in? And when their paths cross again five years later, and he sees the condition his former quarry is in, how can he justify returning the Child to them? He is a bounty hunter. It doesn't matter what happens to them… right?

Summary
She's the bounty he's bringing in and isn't going down without a fight. Classic enemies to lovers. She thinks he's too stuffy, he thinks she's too reckless. What happens when in forced proximity, they learn more about each other. Submissive, touched starved Mandalorian content inside a wild story of found family, deconstructing religion and accepting that sometimes people show you exactly who they are the first time.
