Summary
Jungkook was an escort, had been for years. He would go out with anyone who seemed nice enough and paid accordingly. As it happened, most of them were lonely alphas who were dissatisfied with their lives and were looking for something different, something more. They came to him, without a thought for their partners or packs back home, to find out what it would be like with someone much younger, what it might’ve been like. Or simply to regain their freedom, as they liked to put it.
It didn’t matter to Jungkook, at least not anymore, as long as they paid what they’d promised. He listened to their complaints if that’s what they wanted. He expressed his sympathy for them, because Jungkook was there to make them feel seen, regardless of what he himself thought about it. Because in front of them he wasn’t Jungkook; he was Ian. He was Ian the escort, and as Ian he had no opinion of his own; he had patience and understanding. He was a shell of himself to appeal and preserve his own safety and sanity.
