It's always like this. Every time he tries to talk to you he forgets how to use words and fumbles over the ones he manages to get out. He's never had an issue talking to anyone before, even women, though he might have to work his way up to it sometimes. When it comes to you though, the moment he sees you he can't form a single thought other than wanting you to be his, in his arms, his lips on yours. That obviously is never going to happen if he can't even ask you out, or hold a normal conversation.
