Yeonjun just nodded.
"Kai called me Soobin's human."
"Oh," Taehyun chuckled. "Yeah."
"What do you mean yeah? I don't belong to Soobin," Yeonjun said. "And he has a girlfriend. Can't imagine she'd like having to share that title."

chois and kangs have been enemies for centuries. think of the romeo and juliet's family history, just with a lot more blood. choi beomgyu's parents killed kang taewoo, and he watched it happen. that was how he learnt that love is worth killing for.
he has always been told to never, ever fall in love with a kang.
but beomgyu, always so obedient, has finally (and unknowingly) broken his first rule.
and he'll break a lot more.
if only this story was more like that bittersweet shakespearean tragedy—maybe then everyone who witnessed their love would feel sympathy for them instead of hatred.
it's a pity they turned out this way.
